The complaints

Several folks have mentioned to NOMB that the blog is, and the very concept of it is also, terrible (horrible, vicious, etc)
Allow us a moment...

1:A 19-year-old was stabbed to death in the first slaying in St. Bernard Parish in almost two years. The victim, Frederick Luwisch, and the attacker, Merlin Brown, 20, were arguing over a woman about 6 p.m. Friday. Police said Brown grabbed a kitchen knife from his truck and stabbed Luwisch once in the chest. Luwisch collapsed and died.

2:The first shooting, in Central City, occurred about 6:30 p.m. in the 2200 block of Josephine Street, between Simon Bolivar Avenue and South Liberty Street.

3:About two hours later Sunday, another fatal shooting occurred in the 1900 block of Esplanade Avenue, between North Prieur and North Johnson streets, at the border between the 7th Ward and the 6th Ward.

4:A man was shot to death around 4 a.m. Sunday, the New Orleans Police Department reported. The unidentified man was found lying in the street at Gordon and Urquhart Streets by Fifth District officers responding to a report of shots being fired in the area. He had a gunshot wound to the head

The fact is, this blog, which reposts the majority of its reports from other sources doesn't even include the non-fatal shootings, stabbings, beatings, robberies, assualts that occur everyday in mass here in the NO. Don't forget where we live, becasue we can't. And we want it to get better.
