A man caught spraying graffiti on a Kenner floodwall was [branded] Thursday afternoon when he tried to run from an East Jefferson Levee District police vehicle, tripped and was struck, officials said.

A New Orleans man is in guarded condition after being [branded} in the abdomen Thursday afternoon.
Keep your head down folk, people are branding all over the city.
