Pellets and Ricochets

1) A 23-year-old man was shot to death in the 1200 block of South Galvez Street just before 6 p.m. Sunday. Investigators responded to a 911 call and found the man lying in a driveway in the B.W. Cooper housing complex. Central City, Murder

The NOMB endures Mardi Gras Zone because its our way to endure. Still, we got no problem looking the other way when someone gets mad enough to shoot it. The following two incidents were reported at the same exact time about five blocks across and four blocks down from one another. Maybe someone fucking around with a BB gun? Still, how'd that pellet/bullet move so far diagonally?

2) On Friday at 11:39pm the victim was walking at Port and Royal Sts. The victim said he heard a noise and an object ricochet off a building and hit him on the eye. 3) On Friday, March 27, 2009 at about 11:39pm the victim was in the 1000 block of Piety St. The victim heard several gunshots and at this time a pellet struck her. Bywater, 'Aggravated Battery' by Shooting
