NOMB posted on this a while back. An update in today's Time-Picayune reads:
A teenager accused of killing a rival on a Central City corner has been indicted by a state grand jury on a charge of second-degree murder along with his mother, who police say handed him the gun and instructed him to get even after he took a beating in a street scuffle.
It might seem unfathomable to our readers, but NOMB operates under the firmly held belief that there are two cities here. Two economies, two sets of decorum. In one world, this story is madness. In the other, it's madness.
