Even we're confused about this post on WWLTV.com. It seems like this is actually the second murder in the upper blocks of Frenchman street. One on Sunday, and then this one on Thursday. The fact is, we didn't report it on Friday because we could sort it out. Now, we're pretty sure we can list it.

Police said they found a 17-year-old male lying in the street in the 1600 block of Frenchman Street near the corner of North Derbigny around 9 p.m. Thursday. He had been shot several times and died at the scene.

The male has a name - and a devastated bunch of people who care about what has happened to him. Not to mention how this has, in turn, had them re-examining how they look at murder in this city.
