A man died Sunday after he was intentionally struck by a vehicle driven by his daughter's boyfriend in eastern New Orleans, New Orleans police said. The victim was identified as Bertran Winfiel, 57, of New Orleans, by the Orleans Parish coroner's office. Thomas Henry IV, 28, of New Orleans, was booked with murder in the death.
