We come home to the site of a Chrystel convertible parked the wrong way on a one way, front end smashed to hell. Four MP's, who look like they've come from a keg party drinking from red plastic cups, are standing around talking amongst themselves.
"What happened" we ask.
The story: A neighborhood boy stole the car for a drug deal, got involved in a chase, and smashed into a tree over on Urqhart.
"They beat that boy pretty bad when they got him," says a neighbor.
Mean while, someone shoots someone else on Alvar and hides in the bushes.

A man was shot in the 2600 block of Foliage Drive in Marrero on Wednesday night, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office said.
Shortly before 6:30 p.m., deputies responding to a call of a man shot found a 33-year-old man with two gunshot wounds to his legs.
