And another thing, how often would you say domestic disturbances turn violent? We'd say more than not.
A domestic dispute involving an Algiers couple and another woman ended in a non-fatal shooting Tuesday afternoon.
The incident occurred in the 2700 block of Comet Street at about 12:30 p.m.
Also, we don't usually go as far as the Parish to look for news but this one liner caught us as seeminly telling:
A St. Bernard community man is accused of stiffing a cab driver on his fare, then beating the cabbie in the head with bricks and robbing him.
