So there are the columns on NOLA.com, there's St. Anna's, there's Silence Is Violence, there were the two Prospect 1 installations in the Mint and NOMA, respectively, and there's...us? Lately seems as if everyone's got murder on the mind and tongue. What shall come of it all? The reproach of the B/M, 17-20 yo, dressed in dark sweatshirt/pants? As one T-P writer mused, the doubling of Uptown property taxes? We leave it to the citizenry to decide.

Update:

We take it back, leave those taxes alone...

3) New Orleans Police today arrested a 28-year-old man in connection with the beating death of his father, 66, in an attack that also seriously injured the man's mother. Michael Singreen was arrested at the scene of the crime in the 200 block of Audubon Boulevard.
